During Mr. Klinge’s law enforcement career he worked primarily in undercover investigations breaking up a number of drug smuggling operations, including a major heroin distribution ring operating in Guam, Thailand, the Philippines and Japan. He also has experience with homicide and kidnapping investigations, and has been involved with the investigation of numerous crimes involving political corruption, financial and white collar crimes.

During his 25 year tenure as the head of security with a major global retail corporation, Mr. Klinge played a key roll in security services and theft prevention. Mr. Klinge’s private sector security activities also involved him with operational audits, physical security audits, business planning, airport security and risk analysis evaluations involving private and public facilities such as airports, seaports and warehousing facilities.

Prior to moving from Bangkok to Manila in 2005 to assume his present position, Mr. Klinge of an integral member of the team working for the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of Singapore, in 2005-2007.
