Spectrum OSO announces new Managing Director appointment in Macau.

17th July 2007 Bangkok/Macau. Mr. Norman MacKillop has been appointed to the
position of Managing Director of Spectrum OSO Asia Limitada in Macau. He will focus on furthering the company’s position as a leading casino gaming and business intelligence consultancy.

Mr MacKillop has twenty three years experience as a senior police officer tackling organised and serious crimes, following which he practiced for five years as a Barrister. He has extensive knowledge of all aspects of the gaming industry, developing compliance policies, providing due diligence investigations and regulating licensees. Prior to joining Spectrum OSO Asia, Mr MacKillop led the Investigations Department of Venetian Macau Ltd. in Macau. He was previously a Senior Regulatory Inspector and legal advisor to the CEO at the Alderney Gambling Control Commission.

Mr MacKillop, who is based in Macau, is fluent in Cantonese.
