NORMAN MACKILLOP, Country Manager, Macau, has been resident in Asia for much of the past 30 years. He has more than twenty years service as a senior police officer in Hong Kong, specialising in organised and serious crimes, culminating in the position of Commander of the Anti-Smuggling Task Force in command of police, customs and military personnel, investigating and combating Hong Kong/China cross border smuggling.

Mr. MacKillop is a Barrister at Law in England, and spent 5 years prosecuting and defending in the civil and criminal courts at all levels, including Murder, Proceeds of Crime Act, International Credit Card Fraud and civil litigation.

Mr. MacKillop also has extensive gaming industry experience, including probity investigations, due diligence, and compliance auditing.  He has held positions including Senior Regulatory Inspector at the Alderney Gambling Control Commission and Director of Investigations at a leading USA gaming and leisure corporation in Macau.

Mr. MacKillop is fluent in Cantonese. He holds a Police and Criminal Justice Studies master's degree from Exeter University.
