LEE BUMGARNER, Director, has over 18 years of experience providing Risk Management, Crisis Management and Investigative services in Asia, in both the federal and commercial sectors.

Mr Bumgarner has more than 27 years of law enforcement experience at the local, state, and federal level, and is a former US Federal Agent. 

Mr Bumgarner is a graduate of Gilford College with a B.A. in Criminal Justice.
