ALAN J. GARRETSON, cofounder of The OSO Group, Ltd., served with the Federal Bureau of Investigation for 18 years. He managed the design and development of the Investigative Support Information System (ISIS), a computerized case information system used in major cases to manage complex national and international investigations. He installed and coordinated ISIS installations throughout the United States. In addition, he managed the modernization of the National Crime Information Center. He has lectured on terrorism and bombing at the FBI training Center at Quantico, Virginia. Mr. Garretson participated as the supervisory undercover agent in the largest industrial espionage “sting” operation of its time against two multinational corporations. He also served as the Technical Coordinator for the Special Foreign Counterintelligence Operations Squad in Washington, D.C. Prior to cofounding the OSO Group, Ltd., Mr. Garretson served as the primary domestic and international IBM Investigator for fraud, counterespionage and trade secret theft. |
